We are tired of kent ro. After 1yr of warrantly.. We started getting calls for amc n we did. They (Mr. Ratnakar gave us amc saying everything is included and. Now everytime kent ppl come and ask for[protected]/- and we r tired paying them amount.. They only tell us about the product which is not included in amc. Every 6months they ask for 3780/- for change of filter. So total we are spending 10000 to 12000 and if we refuse to pay our filter will not be working. Every employee is working privately too.
