This is a kind request to whom it may concern that I am having a RO( Kent) in my use since last 2019 from your company of repute.Presently its filters are chocked very badly as I am using this device in a hill areas situated in JNV Campus nainital situated at almora High way. I have made my complaint on your toll free no and mechanics contact number on [protected] repeatedlly .He promised many times in last 12 days that he will come and rectify the problem but he never came and now not receiving the call also.kindly take the concern of my issue with prompt action to provide your best services to me.
