I have purchased a KENT - 16003 Power Grinder and Blender 2000-Watt (Steel Grey) on 05/10/2020 from amazon with an extended warranty from amazon itself.
On 06/07/2021 I raised a complaint of my machine then there was no response from Kent then I called in toll-free they asked me to handover the product the service center. I handed over the product and after 15 days the repaired which made the condition of my machine even worse. Then again i went to them and after several visits the asked me to raise a complaint again. On 14/09/2021 I raised a complaint again on 28/12/2021 it got canceled without getting repaired and in between I called several times in toll-free and service center as well but there is no response till date.
