[Resolved] Kent RO — amc papers not issued after payment | |||
I want to escalate this to highest level in the Kent. I don't want response from 1st level customer service. I've been using Kent RO water purifier since many years. In the month of Feb 2018- i did a service with one of your dealer. After the service, he said - go for the AMC. So I paid the AMC money. Till now - he has not given me the AMC papers. I told him many times - If you can't issue the papers - give my money back. I've been calling him since feb. Every time he gives one or other lie. Now he stopped answering my calls. His name is Maruti. I'm attaching dealer service details. I strongly feel - he is cheating customer in the name of Kent. I want Kent to take serious action against him and help me to get my money back from him. Such people should be punished.
