[Resolved] Kent RO — Can not book service request | |||
Sir, My parents are senior citizen and their Kent RO is not functioning. I can not log complaint because the mobile number has changed 1.5 years ago. Since Then I have been continuously trying to change my mobile number but no body is helping. Customer care says, you will receive an OTP and then it will be changed. But no OTP is receiving. In covid situation my senior citizen are sitting without water and Kent Service is pathetic. It is totally harassment and causing mental illness. Kindly take my complaint and resolve this.
