Kent order # [protected]. I did hear from my colleagues that kent cheats when it comes to maintenance. They wait for 6 months and then later they will ask to change parts. Same with me, 6 months over and now the maintenance guy has asked to change both carbon filter. This is cheap trick from kent. Req took more than 2 days, req #[protected]. Two filters cost 1000 and has asked one additional filter to be installed outside for another 1200. M sure this way within next six months i will be charged another 12k.
