Why case is rejected still the issue not fixed. I'm following up the kent customer care for the last 2 weeks and not at all responding good. On friday, i escalated and no response. And on saturday, i escalated for second time and no response. On sunday, when i called, i am told that i will receive call back on monday 10 am but i did not receive it. When i checked the case id:[protected], it is shown as 'rejected'.
Why kent customer care is going on worst now. Parts are also not in good condition. When mechanist came on morning, pump working fine for 2 hours and then get repaired and again mechanist came and told that pump needs to be replaced and it charges around 2500. I don't know why it is happening so. Please escalate it to higher level and reopen the case id[protected] Was this information helpful? |
