We engaged rain drop services for a paid servicing in august 2019 for servicing kent ro grand. For an issue with the sediment filter, the serviceman mentioned the previously installed parts are out of warranty and replaced all three filters. They mentioned there is a warranty of 6 months for the new filters. On october 1st the parts stopped working and we called them again. The service man came and checked the parts. Mentioned the filter will be replaced free of cost and they will come the next day since he did not have stock. It sounded fishy but we agreed. Since that day we are not able to reach any of the specified numbers of the agency. When we call we can know that they are purposefully just picking the receiver and ending the call.
