After service request, pune Kent vendor ( wagholi) had sent their engineer to to fix the alarm problem. First at all that engineer forced me to change the memron ( cost 2700).
1.Changes the different filter, again alarm of my filter continue.
2. Changed memron, again filter sound is continuing.
3. He said that after changing the memron, if the alarm sound continues, will replace with your old memron.
4. Now at end, he started saying, i have opened the seal of memron(new filter), so can't revert.
4. I stand with our discussion, and ask to replace with old one.
5. Multiple call from wagholi Kent vendor, and it look like he was harassing as I am outsider.
6. Finally he replaced with old one. But again started forcing me to change the switch board.
7. I disagree with him, as my board was working fine.
8. Then he again started to force me that price of normal filter is 600rs., However I have already enquired that price is ₹550.
9. Visiting charge is ₹380, and he forced me for ₹400, and collect the same amount.
10 .Finally they covered my Kent filter with throwing all small blue lock for pipe.

If visiting charge is ₹300, why they force me to pay ₹400, bill has already I submitted to you, where they charged ₹400.
What the action Kent is going to take against that lead who continuosly guide to technician on phone and ask to do so.
I need action on this.
