[Resolved] Kent RO — deceived by kent service provider for replacement of ro membrane | |||
Dear sir madam, My name is nandkumar mundhe and i am living in majalgaon (Pin 431131) taluka of beed district (Maharashtra). I have replaced my kent ro membrane and the replacement date was 5th may 2018 and the the service provider assured the three months guarantee regarding the replacement of ro membrane. But on 3rd july i have called him for same problem i. E. Filter was not working then the boy who came to visit told me that the membrane is not working. So i called the service provider regarding the guarantee but he is denying for replacement. For last time he charged me membrane cost+300+300 and 250 total=3350 rupees not given any proof of those replacements by saying that your request was registered and we have mentioned the company regarding replacements. So there is no such provision to give you a receipt. So please help me urgently. Was this information helpful? | |||
