[Resolved] Kent RO — Defective products being sold | |||||
I had brought one kent water purifier on October 2016 from Flipkart. Since the day it has been installed there is some problem or the other in the machine. At first instance, few parts were missing from new machine and in a weeks time few more parts stopped functioning. IN span of last 3 months, the technician has come around 12-15 times to repair the machine. I have been sold a defective product and when I complained to Kent they said they cannot replace my machine. PURE INTENTION TO HARASS CUSTOMER AND MAKE MONEY POST WARRANTY period. I was using kent since last 8 years but never such problem happened to that machine. Was this information helpful? | |||||
