Hello,
I bought a KENT water softener system for washing machine through the KENT online shopping portal. Other than the order confirmation email from the portal, I got no follow up from Kent regarding delivery nor installation.
After multiple tries to reach the online sales, I finally got the product delivered. Now I had to call KENT again to open a Service request for installation. What is appalling is absolute carelessness of KENT sales and service team. Apparently the customer service can’t get any information from Sales regarding order. I had to give them all of my information again.. how could a company have such broken process and still run a business? Shame on KENT. This is my last time with this crappy company.

At least 4 different people have called me so far, saying they are from Kent. But, all they do is raise a complaint call and then close it. I have sent email with pictures of damaged parts to kent onlineshop as per directions of customer support rep. I have also sent invoice copy with pictures to multiple service people who are claiming as Kent technicians. Yet, nothing has been done so far..
Please.. someone come and take this piece of crap product from my house and repay my money. I am done with this.
