[Resolved] Kent RO — every three months attender says issue in machine adapter | |||
Today's on 26.12.2017 my machine is not working, yesterday attender has come & said there are issue in adopter but past three month before the same issue solved by the same person (Attender), & now we are facing the same problem. He charge attendance/ maintenance fee rs 300 & after every three months adopter rs 1500 i. E total maintenance for year rs 6000 + 1200 = 7200 /- is only for adopter & changers. I got my kent ro transfered from gurgaon. My parents had bought it and the product is well under warranty. I didnt get the warranty card along. FOr servicing why do they need a warranty cad when the product is under warranty.
