[Resolved] Kent RO — extremely poor service support from kent | |||
Hello, I have purchased kent purifier in sep_16. At the time of installation it is clearly told that 2 free service visit will happened during warranty period but no one visited till date. Now machine giving bip alarm. I called service man but he asking for service charges. Why i should pay service charges??? I want two free visit which is not happened in past. Very poor service i m getting from kent. I am really unsatisfied with service support Was this information helpful? | |||

I have complained ur Kent ro company about 15 days ago ur company person visited our place and change the bottle after 2 days my ro is not working at all ur company person visited again and said that bottles will be changed again so I m not satisfied with the service
