[Resolved] Kent RO — faulty product and bad service | |||
I have purchased kent purifier last year for 15k but the product is faulty. Again and again it stops working n in 1 yr i have spent 2000 rs. Again it is not working. I am really bugged with this and moreover kent people are not giving me extended warranty for 3 yrs which they had provided me earlier. They say that i have purchased the same from other place and not from kent. I don't understand warranty is on product na so how does it matter if i have purchased locally and not directly from kent.
