Hi i have purchased kent prime plus ro and installed the same in 18.06.2022, eventually i was seeing the warranty card and installed the kent service app and while scanning qr code for product verification it shows"this is not a genuine kent product", i have entered the serial number but its asking 15nos but in waraanty card its onky 12nos only..i was very shocked in the genuinity of the product..kindly clarrify the same, enclosed the images of the same.thanks
