I bought a Kent RO pearl purchased on 11-jan-2017.I gave an installation request no.[protected] assigned to Mr.Subbiah-[protected].I called him 4 or 5 times to our home but he didnot respect my words.At last, he came on 16-jan-2017 to our home.He done half of the work only and said that the remaining work can be done by the plumber.The problem is in the installation only.All the water is leaking out.The service was very worst.The service man is also very worst.please solve this problem Was this information helpful? | |||

The worst service ever i have been complaining from past 10 days the customer care executive keeps on saying the technician is on they way and still there is no sign of a service we had a yearly contract of 4000 but still no sound of a help .
