Dear sir Please refer to the captioned subject. It is an extremely sorry affair which compelled me to lodge a complaint against very very poor quality of kent autosoft, a product of a company which has a good name, fame and track record in the market. I got installed the product on 03.07.2020 (At 3/94a, ugf, sector-5, rajendra nagar, sahibabad, ghaziabad u. P.) attached with my overhead water tank fixed atop the fourth floor. One floor owner in the building also got installed the kent autosoft after one week with his overhead water tank. Last week i called sh. Rajendra sangla (Hod sales-softner m-[protected]) through whom i purchased the said product, to send some person to check hardness of the water at my house. Sh. Sangla sent sh ojha from sales who filled the salt in the machine after removing cover and also checked the hardness which was found to be within limit. Four-five days back, against the complaint of another floor owner in the building, your service person from noida sh. Vijay chaudhary (M-[protected]) came to check the hardness. He suggested that the top cover of the autosoft which is used to fill salt in the machine regularly is very delicate and any time it can go in air when there will be strong wind and you should fix this cover with some strong cello tape. Before i could plan to fix the cello tap on the top cover, it went in the air any time due to strong wind and could not be found in the nearby place after my sincere efforts. I called sh. Sangla and informed the position. He asked me to lodge a complaint. On making my complaint (No.[protected], sh. Vijay chaudhary visited yesterday i. E. On 09.08.2020 and reminded that he had already told that the top cover of autosoft is delicate and can go in air any time. He further told that he will tell the position in the service department and the cover will be provided. After his visit, my complaint was also re-scheduled for 14.08.20 vide sms dt. 09.08.20. Today i. E. On 10.08.2020, i have just received a telephonic communication from sh. Vijay chaudhary that the service department is saying that i have to pay rs. 5600/- for the cover as the same is not available with me even in damaged condition. This is very bad. The top cover is lost due to its poor delicate condition which is a manufacturing defect of the product at all. Is the company selling its product of more than 60, 0000/- value which has to be fixed overhead, a top of the roof, in open air with the guidance to fix its top cover with cello tape so that it may not go in air in strong wind. I failed to understand the quality of the kent product which has always to be installed in the open air. In this regard it is requested, first to provide a good quality of top cover free of cost and it should be fixed with the machine with screw as also suggested by your service person, and secondly, please examine the quality of top cover & its fixing in the machine so that this type of problem may be faced by any other customer. Moreover any negative message in social media will go against the image of the company. Pl do the needful at the earliest under intimation to me.
