[Resolved] Kent RO — Kent grand plus purifier | |||||
I bought Grand+ purifier Jun 4 later day i did registered for installation request. Even after 5 days I didn't received any technicians contact number. Whenever I called every time I have been told don't worry within 12 or 24 hrs. our person will visit your house for installation. 2 times i escalated to superiors but seems everything is wast of my time. Good to say that after raising the complaint and lot of follow up I got calls from 4 different technicians and finally it's installed... Thanks
