[Resolved] Kent RO — kent grand plus stopped working within a month of purchase | |||
I bought kent grand plus last month, october 2018. But since 3 days the purifier is not switching on. I have been calling customer care twice a day since it happened. But i get only one response saying technician will visit within 24hours but no one turns up. I am again buying bisleri water can after spending 15k on this useless purifier. And it worked hardly for a month. Such a horrible customer service kent has. I never thought this is so worst company. I better had bought zero b, they have far better customer support. Nov 15, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I had to follow up with customer executive everyday with 3-4 calls. When I told customer executive to transfer call to senior person in charge it got escalated and resolved. So for almost 4 days I didn't get any help. Posting the issue in consumer complaints also helped me get their attention into the issue Kent RO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
