Dear team, Our kent ro machine purchased online and installed on dtd: 23.09.2017 (Warranty). We received one massage in our register mobile on 07.06.2018. Quote: Dear customer, Your request[protected] is registered with us & will be attended in 48 hrs. Your machine is under warranty. No service charge will be applicable. Please wait for authorised engineer detail sms. Track status and create new service requests from url https://tinyurl.com/kenturl11. Kent Unquote: Mr. Manoj tech ([protected]) come on 11.06.18 and done the job by fixing old candle (Which was with us). But he charged us rs.350, even though it is free service (Msg from kent on above). But he said you purchase from on line, your number is not register with us, so you have to charge. We discussed the matter with his boss, and paid. He the tech said if it is free then we return back. After 20 to 25 days passed for his repair. He did not call us or visit our home to return the amount. (Attached bill - written on bill third party service maechel).
