[Resolved] Kent RO — kent grand star | |||||
Pathetic service from kent. I bought my kent grand star on 5th nov. Since then led display is showing "high minerals". Kent service technical opened the ro machine multiple times and replaced the sensor but still same problem. I have been chasing up kent ro customer care number, every time i am getting false commitment that this issue will be resolved soon. I have called them 15 times but even after so many days issue remain same. It is manufacturing defect in my new ro but kent service so pathetic nobody bother to resolve the problem.
