[Resolved]  Kent RO — kent maxx - not working

Bought a kent maxx an year back. As soon as it reached its warranty period of 1 year it set of an alarm for change of filter and stopped working. Post that despite raising a complaint for service and several telephonic requests on customer care and fake assurance no one has either called or come to service the product so far.

Requesting an immediate service complaint is addressed.
