we have purchased kent new grand 8 litres ro (B07p5qr6kg) order number[protected]
On 22/01/2020 in month of june our ro machin is not working properly we have call on 27/06/2020 we have received case number[protected] but till one month no technician has come at our home we have remind on 1st july, 10 july and 12 july and on 12 july, we have received message that your request [protected] could not be serviced
