Purchased one personnel rice cooker on 13.08.18, through online the sale order no is[protected], dt 13.08.18, the invoice no is s[protected], received the product on 14.08.18, the condition of the product is damaged one the outside cover of the product is damaged, informed to the [protected]@kent.co.in, but no response, hence i request to insist the company to replace the product, it see they are not taking any care while dispatching the product
