Kent RO Grand Star Stopped working after 3 weeks of purchasing the product. They claimed it to be the best product among the Kent purifiers available currently. Raised a service one person visited but was not able to resolve the issue, said he will send a senior person. No one came after that. Even after repeated calls nothing happened. They put our call on hold every time. And after waiting just come back saying they have escalated the issue but nothing happens.
