I am using kent ro prime tc model since 3 years now. Last time when i had raised a routine service request with kent customer support, they sent technician from one of their authorized agency named 'quick services'. He suggested us to take amc which we also thought would be an good idea, but it seemed to be an worse idea to take. The quick services agency numbers mentioned in the bill/amc certifcate are not working. Since 2 days we are raising request and asking the support to assign it to quick services as we have amc with them, and we are not getting and help/support for such small thing. Everytime, they are assigning it some other agencies and they are calling and saying that they would charge us as amc is not with them. After calling multiple times, kent support says cancel the request and raise a new one and ask the customer support agent to assign it to quick services agency. I don't get this, i am asking simple request to kent customer support for assigning the request to quick services but they are not doing it. If for such reason kent support is taking more than 2 days just to assign then this is not a good service to customer instead this is harassment. We feel cheated. I am worried if the quick services is shut down permanently or was a fraud agency, but they were introduced to us by kent customer support as authorized dealers, so its kent responsibility to provide support from any other agency if needed. Nov 20, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved After submitting the complaint on consumer forum, Kent customer support contacted Area manager for the Pune region and assigned the request to Quick Services. The technician visited and changed the faulty part. The agency was closed from few months and reopened few days back only. Thanks for your quick support. My belief over Indian consume forum is increased. Kent RO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Can I have an update on above case id mentioned in the subject line??? It's already more than a week still installation process is not yet completed the agent assigned to this case id is not responding I need an update on this urgently.
