Kent RO — Kent RO - Problem With Customer Service

We have been using Kent RO Max for last more than 2 years and we are very happy with the product. Unfortunately we are facing tough time with the servicing. We are continuously following up for the servicing for last 1 month with one of the service centers. One lady named, Ms Karishma (telephone no –[protected],[protected] every time promises that the person will visit, but no one visits. Surprisingly when I checked on this website Consumer Complaints, I found the similar complaint against this lady. Request the company to 1. Handle my service request at the earliest 2. Identify why this is happening
