I got an amc for my kent on 27th feb 2017 and i was promised my kent will be repaired within 2 days and its been 10 days the company has not sent anyone to repair it. Whenever i call in to ask about the matter the company refuses to provide any services.if the company is unable to provide its services then i would like to get a refund of my money that i paid for the amc as it seems company is no more interested to keep there customers.please look into the matter and do the necessary.
