Dear kent customer care, Your service has been worst. This is the worst customer care i had ever seen. I raised request on june2nd (Number:[protected] for ro replacement but you are not doing and just cancelling my request. I purchased ro (Only ro not complete kent) on mar1st for 3500 and it is not working since may 15th but you are not accepting because of i raised request just few hours after warranty period. You are not believing that it is not working since may 15th. If you are thinking that i crossed few hours warranty period how can a person raise request immediately when it is not working. We will wait for at least 2 days.in that case still it comes under warranty period so looking forward resolution from your side.
