[Resolved] Kent RO — kent superb in warranty, but company not taking responsibility | |||||
On 18th august 2017, i purchase kent superb water purifier, but the product was Faulty, hence asking for replacement of the product, company approved my request after 2 months. Replacement arranged without any documents. When i asked for warranty card they simply told that the warranty card given previously Is same for this product also.in that time actually i dont know that every product having different product id. From 20th august 2018, the product not working properly, display also not working, i think the company arrange replacement with a faulty product hence they have not given any documents related to the product. The product was not registered till last month, now actually having in warranty, but the authority simply telling me that the product is out of warranty. If the given product in use from15th october 2017, then how it is out of warranty. The company should be taken responsibility about the product and treat as in warranty, Was this information helpful? | |||||
