Dear sir, I have purchased a kent Supreme Plus 2020 through Amazon bearing order no[protected] on 11 Jun 2021. When I registered for installation the technician is asking transportation charges from me. which is not acceptable. I have purchased many items from various company but no body has asked transportation charges from me. suppose if any technician will come from delhi to Assam for installation then customer have to pay flight fair for him? If you are not able to provide free installation then I will return the product with very bed review.
