[Resolved] Kent RO — No response from customer care

Leakage of Water in the purifier. Today I called customer care around 11.30 am. They replied technician will contact you. Until 4.30 pm nobody called. I tried to contact customer care 5 times. No one picking the call. Please do the needful. Thank you.
