[Resolved] Kent RO — non responding against the complaints in spite of repeated requests | |||
Sir, Our kent water filter pump replaced by the said service agent rain drop service agent, bommanahalli on 17 sept 2018. Original bill is enclosed for your ready ref please) after one month of installation the pumping problem started again. From that time on wards we were calling the agent for repairing the same. But the agent neither picking up the call nor responding to the call even if he picks up. He always gives a standard reply that within two minutes we will call back you. But they never did it so. Later on we started asking complaint number but they didn't provide it. (All the calls are recorded for further reference in case required.). As a consumer we need to resolve the complaint and approached another service person. We don’t know whether he will attend the complaint or not. As a reputed company of the country we purchased your product. But the after sale service stands miserably failed and the authorized service agent miserably failed to fulfill his duties. In view of the above you are requested to resolve the issue at the earliest and instruct the agent to compensate the mental trauma we were facing for last few months Was this information helpful? | |||
