Kent RO — Not getting replaced for the ro membrane which is under warranty. | |||
Hello kent, I have bought the kent ro membrane from indore on 08/02/2016. Last week again it has become faulty. As i reside in bangalore, local kent service provider (Aqua care) has refused to replace it saying that it was not sold by us so we can not replace. I have original bill also but still not getting a replacement for faulty ro membrane. I request you to act on this promptly and provide the replacement for the same. Thanks for responding. but I do not see any progress on it and the service request which I raised has been closed too. It has been more that 10 days my purifier is down. Hope you understand the condition.

Kent is selling faulty RO's, My product has problem twice in 1 years. No proper feed back by them.
As per kent after 1 year I have to pay 6000 rs(2000 AMC +4000 membrane) for change to run product smootly.
They are taking feedback but not responding.
