Kent Ro — not received the replacement parts and no proper response

I had purchased kent ro water purifier from reliance digital borivali west. After 4 months of the purchase it stopped working and regarding the issue i registered a complain with reliance digital.
Till 3 days no engineer visited, so again i called reliance digital no response and i had to call reliance digital customare care number and was assured engineer will visit in 2 days. Engineer visited and checked the kent ro said the part needs replacement and will be replaced in 2 days. But its been 15 days nor the engineer replaced the part and after complaining in reliance 3-4 times as the need for urgency of the part yet the part hasnt been replaced.
They are just liaing that it is in process and will be replaced but no proper response nor the replacement.
From last 15 days there is no proper water in the house as we are 9 people staying in the house in which 2 babies are there, 1 women is pregnant and its been informed to the reliance digital executive and service persons but they dint take anything seriously.
I suggested for the return of the product and refund as an indian company as there are no parts available and the problem i m facing due to drinking water issue. But they refused the return and told me wait till the part isnt received.
While purchasing the product sales team had assured me about the ease of avaibalitu of the parts and service.
But this is how reliance digital and kent ro brand company fools the customers into buying the kent brand water purifier.
I hope very strict action will be taken against kent ro brand and reliance digital.
