[Resolved] Kent RO — part damaged after servicing | |||||
I have call kent ro for servicing of my kent maxx ro and after the visit the technician told us to change the filter charing rs. 1300/- and changed it, but in the evening my ro overflow system stops working and i had registered the complaint for the same but god knows how the very next, the ro's overflow system automatically started working in evening, but at night ro stopped working, then i had filed the compliant, the technician visited and said its some part named choke wire has been burned and need to replace costing rs. 930/-. Now tell me, my ro is working perfectly before servicing and after the technician visited and changed my filter, this problem occured and the customer service officer was telling me to pay the part cost. This is the technician fault who made this fault. Now i want my part to be replaced free of cost. As this is happened because of the technician's fault, as he drop the water on the wire while servicing the filter and told us to not to worry as it will vapourise after sometime.
