[Resolved]  Kent RO — Pethatic & worst service ever

My sincere request that who so ever read this feedback, kindly forward to seniors working in Kent.
The brand “Kent” really fascinated me till past 6 months. But once I purchased Kent RO for myself, my perception has totally changed. I have used products of all the companies, but the worst service ever seen is of Kent. Since last 13 days, I am so tired of calling customer service desk, dealers and executives of Kent RO that now I feel climbing Mount Everest is much easier than getting response from Kent people.
I had purchased Kent RO model name “Kent Prime TC“ on 16th April 2015 from a dealer in Ajmer, Rajasthan. Now, this month in November, I got transferred to Bangalore, Karnataka, so I took contact number of few dealers in Bangalore from Just dial for Re-Installation. Now below is the whole story-
Date- 9th Nov 2015, contacted dealer Zaid Enterprises on mob num [protected]. They sent a person named Mr. Khan Mob [protected] on 10th Nov 2015 for Re-installation. Mr. Khan do complete Re-Installation and charged me Rs 600. Rs 400 as service charges and Rs 200 additional for some additional tube/pipe fixed in.

Date- 10th Nov- I called up Mr. Khan many times as I found my RO fitting was leaking. But he did’nt picked call.
Date- 11th Nov to 16th Nov- I kept on calling Mr. Khan many times but he never picked call.
Date 16th Nov- (6 pm)- Finally I was lucky so Mr Khan picked my call and said he will visit on 17th Nov and fix my problem.
Date 17th Nov- Mr Khan did’nt came.
Date 19th Nov- I saw the bill and found a number of dealer “Zaid Enterprises” where Mr. Khan was working. The number is [protected]. A lady picks up the call, I tell her whole story, and then she blamed me that why I called up Mr. Khan, and why I have not called her. I apologized and accepted my mistake and said kindly help me in fixing the leakage problem. She very confidently confirmed that a technical will come today itself to fix it. But again nobody came. I kept on informing the lady whole day and total calls I made to her was 7 on a single day.
Date 20th Nov- I again called the lady on [protected] and kept on calling from morning to evening. Total calls 7. She kept on promising me that technician will come but nobody came. She kept on giving new time of technician visit, and finally I sent her sms at 7.30 pm informing that nobody came and said thanks for her wonderful services. After that, she never turned up or sent anybody.
Date 21st Nov- I called up the customer care number [protected] where through IVR, I was asked to call [protected]. I called this number and spoke to Mr. Pankaj who listened to my complaint and said the same thing what the lady at Zaid Enterprises said, that why you have called other numbers, you would have called us and we would have helped you. I again apologized and requested Mr Pankaj to help me. He confirmed that the technician will visit and fix the problem. I also asked Mr Pankaj to forward my issues and complaint to senior officials and ask them to take strict action against the dealer Zaid Enterprises who was always fooling me. He confirmed me that action will be taken. Then I got and sms that my complaint number is[protected] is registered and assigned to Mr. Amarnath Reddy-[protected]. This person calls me and confirms he will send a technician. Then a person comes to my house and checks the RO and says a part called “Input Valve” is broken and need to be replaced which is costing Rs 300. He promised to come next day on 22nd Nov and said he will bring the new part and fix it. But he also didn’t came. And still I got an sms in evening from “VKKENTRO” that “Dear Customer, Greetings from Kent! Your Request[protected] is resolved. Thank you. Tnc Apply”. Although nothing was resolved.
Date- 23rd Nov- I again called up the customer care on [protected] and this time Mr. Sanjay picks up the call. First I told him also again the whole story and then asked what action was taken against Zaid Enterprises, then he said a new thing that I have not sent any complaint on mail so they cannot raise any complaint further. They need complaint on mail only and they can’t accept verbal complaint. I told him that Mr Pankaj on customer care has not told me any mail process and Pankaj himself has confirmed me that action will be taken, but now Sanjay told me a new process. I again apologized him and accepted my mistake, although again this time it was not my mistake. Then I asked Mr. Sanjay to give me any senior’s mail id or number, which he refused. So I requested him to transfer call to any senior so he transferred call to Mr Manish. I again told whole story to Mr. Manish again. He also confirmed me like previous all the people that today anyhow issue will be resolved. I again got an sms that my issue is again assigned to Mr. Amarnath Reddy-[protected]. Again I get a call from this number and this time I am told that the price of Input Valve is 550 Rs. I asked that 2 days back it was of Rs 300, howcome the price increased to Rs 550??? He had no answer, so I told him that I will call you back. His call was at 5.40 pm and after that I had called him 4 times but again he is not picking calls.
Finally, my RO is still leaking since last 13 days, and all the Kent dealers, the technicians, the customer care executives, all are just fooling me around.. just asking for money.. I paid 400 Rs for 1st visit, again I am asked to pay Rs 300 on another visit…. 300 Rs product price increases to Rs 550 in just 2 days.. everybody just promises to come and provide service, but nobody comes.. everyone is just fooling me.. and like wise fooling all customers..
And finally, on the very 1st visit when Mr. Khan came, my Kent RO was totally perfect with no breakage at all.. and if there would have been some fault in Input Valve, Mr Khan would have noticed it at time of Re-Installation. Now, if its leaking, where is my fault. Why should I pay 300 or 550 Rs for the product.. and why should I pay 300 Rs again for service on technician visit if I already paid 400 earlier???
Also if the technicians and dealers numbers are provided to customers, why they are not picking calls???
I have never seen such pathetic services ever in any of the company, whether FMCG, or Telecom, or anywhere else…
My sincere request to all those who are reading this, kindly forward it to seniors of Kent and ask them to take strict action on all these people whom I have mentioned with names and numbers..
Also. I am not at all in mindset to use this product anymore.. Kindly give me my money back which I paid for purchasing “Kent Prime TC“. I am really fed up now and will not be able to drink “SUCH EXPENSIVE WATER”. It will soon make me a heart patient with such great services…

I am putting this on facebook.. twitter, my all whts app and other social groups as well so that people can know how such companies are fooling the customers.. they just want to get the product sold.. and don’t have any concern or botheration of after sales services..

Dear Kent founder,

Did you ever took a chance to find the ground reality of your service infrastructure and system? I'm sure i did not. Because you might feel good about your product. And i too agree you have a good product for customer. But thats just one side of the story. After sale service is really pathetic. Even pathetic is just an understatement. My Kent Grand+ model is in under AMC provided by Zaid Enterprises. Last 2 weeks i'm just chasing them to get my water filter serviced because RO is not working, UV is not working, pump has water licks. Every time a lady picks up the calls and confidently say nothing to worry we will send the service engineer in an hour. More then 15 days are gone but no service man visit my place. and you customer care person sent a different service person but he refused ti service because he is not from Zaid Enterprises. Now my 8 months kid fall sick because of the contaminated water. Now i'm really upset and desperate to file police complain. My only request to kent is that why don't you take some action against it?
