[Resolved] Kent RO — Poor service and improper communication with customers

Sir/madam,
We have brought kent water purifier on 12/04/2016 under the name [removed](Mob no: [removed]). There was an issue regarding water overflow on 11/04/2017. So we have lodged a complaint. They have sent someone for repair. They came the very next day and replaced a part regarding this. Within a few days on 18/04/17 there was another problem, this time regarding ro filter. They have told that there is a crack in the filter and it has to be replaced. During the first visit service boys haven't mentioned about it. If they would have mentioned at that time itself it would have been covered under warranty (Which is one year from the date of installation). Secondly service boy who came this time mentioned that in summer because of hot water cracks generally occur on plastic parts. They have told that it is better to use water purifier in morning only. No one mentioned this point at the time of installation. Ro filter costs rs. 2.5k. Because of poor service and improper communication with customers it was a loss for us. Please do something for it.
