[Resolved] Kent RO — poor service provided by kent authorised service centre | |||
I have taken amc from akhand enterprises bhandup, mumbai - kent authorised service centre. I have registered complaint that water is not coming from kent on july 20. Still no technician has come for service. I am bound to buy bisleri daily. Moreover my wife is also not well and it's difficult to manage without kent as we are so used to it. Moreover this machine was reinstalled in dec'18. Due to improper installation the machine dropped to the ground in june'19. Such type of response is not expected and accepted from an authorised service centre of such a renowned company. I think that these type of service centre will spoil the brand name.
