[Resolved] Kent RO — poor servicing of product | |||
It's hectic to call every month your service engineer... Your product is not working well. The product name is : kent mineral ro (Uf + tds control) The problem with this product is it is going very slow in filtering process... Drop by drop water is draining out of it and also the taste of water is not good... It's like i am drinking direct tap water. No mineral water taste is there. We are calling your service providers but they are not sending anyone... We are waiting for last 2 weeks. Was this information helpful? | |||
