[Resolved] Kent RO — product not functioning | |||
I brought the product on 26th Nov 2018 and the water purification stopped functioning in just one month.I have raised multiple complaints with both kent and reliance digital.but there is no support from either side.People please stay away from such dubious products and its policies.This is how they treat their costumers.Just trying to mint money off the people.i paid 16k for the grand plus and now they expect me to pay another 5k to get kt fixed.its unfair tactics.Please resolve my issue at the earliest and replace or atleast repair the product.
