[Resolved] Kent RO — Product service very bad | |||||
My kent ro system gave a filter alarm issue. The service guy came and replaced the filter and collected ~7000 rs. Within 2 days it stopped working after repeated calls to the engineer. He came and said that the motor is broken and i had to pay ~4000 rs for replacing the same. Then within 2 days it stopped working. Even after repeated calls to the engineer and his agency manager nobody comes to look. Was this information helpful? | |||||
