On 28th September 2021 I was give request to change the water filter. Your technician visit & change the water filter after but water test totally changed. On same issue I continue follow up your technician but he didn't respond.
I again contact your customer care no on 15th Oct 2021 & your technician visited on 18th October 2021 and that time they told water pump machine is not working properly so they changed the machine. But water test still not drinkable.
Again I was connected your customer care on 19th October and commit from your end it will resolved within 12 to 18 Hours and it yet to be done
Last 20 Days I purchased water bottle from outside. If any one of my family members will sick so who will responsable???
