[Resolved] Kent RO — purifier service

My name is anil joshi. I purchace a kent ro purifier. On 6 months letter servicing time technician says that plz take addtional supporting filter for safety. He install it also. But at the second time servicing another technician says that your filter was dublicate, and it damaged your kent purifier filter pad. And told me to 1000 rs charge for replace it in3 months, how its happend, i think this company liar with consumer, plz dont take any products from kent friends

Updated by adityajsh On first service technician install one additional filter for safety purpose Kent RO. But at second time on second service another technician says that this additional filter is duplicate, and it's damaged Kent RO purifier filter also and told to charge 1000 rs extra, how worst service from Kent, and now when I complaint in consumer forum portal they says that my complaint is close, why???
