[Resolved] Kent RO — repeated problem, no response

My ro no is kr [protected].
On dated 08.01.2020 leakage problem found. I create a service request and pump leakage arrested by the kent engineer by next day.
On 11.01.2020 again problem in system,
Pump not working. Again i create a service request but in next two days request cancel by kent. Then again two times service request create but again no response and cancel the request. I have talk to costomer care but no result found
So please resolve my problem as soon as posible.
