I purchased Ken RO 1year back. After one year my machine water leaking after stopping the switch. I complained to RO Customer care on 2nd Dec 2017. The service engineer came and repaired (SOP) changed. Immediately the new problem raised. At the same time we are told but the engineer told this sound is normal. Next day I called to customer care and informed 3rd Dec. On that day not came again I called to customer care on 4th Dec. On that day service engineer came. Service engineer told me I can't explain problem deeply. My question is why the service engine came. From 2nd Dec 2017 onwards my RO sound is increased at what water taking time. New problem created. Old problem resolved new problem created. This is the service of RO Kent.
