I have purchased the Kent Grand + water Purifier 2 years back. In 2 years there have been more than 20 complaints. Nobody repairs it properly. The worst part is the Kent Customer Care team. They are the most useless customer care team in this world. Whenever complaint is raised, they sends an SMS with a Technician details who never responds to the calls been made.
During the warranty period also I asked to changed the product but they changes all the spares for no use.
Kindly help how to deal with this situation, or let me know if I need to consider that my money is gone. Was this information helpful? |
