[Resolved] Kent RO — servicing - wave service | |||||
I have logged a complaint for repair of my kent atleast 6 days ago on 13. Th july'17 [protected] this is the request number for the complaint. Service provider who have got the request for repairing kent (Wave service - [protected]) have been mentally harassing me... For this complaint the issue was the taste of water was not proper but the person who came to repair broke my tap for that he charged me... He have done nothing for the taste of water. Then after that we have called him next day to do something for the actual issue he haven't picked up the phone the whole day. Then third day i have called him from another number and told him that if he don't come i'll complain in police... Then he came again, but then he did something because of which now ro stopped working at all. Also if i start the ro water gets filled up where the machinery is this is completely pathetic. When i called the manager ([protected]) for the issue the technician have created, to my surprise he told me that the technician (Rinkesh - [protected]) instead have done the favor to me by fixing the tap which technician have broken and for which he have charged me as well. Now i'll have to bear the charges unnecessarily for the issue which was not here altogether (Water filling inside machine). Also i have already paid for the tap change. I do not want service provider is [protected] (Wave service) to come to repair my ro as he have done enough damage to my machine. Also i need reumbersment for the tap for which they have charged me unecesarily and the repair for filling of water also done by kent as that was not the issue for which i have logged complaint. I can bear charges only for the issue if something needs to changed for taste of water. Also i need that strict action shd be taken against wave services ([protected]) for mentally harassing people and unnecesarily overcharging them. Thanks and regards, Priya harshad katruwar.
