[Resolved] Kent RO — smps is not working | |
My machine (Kr[protected]) one month old one, out of one month worked only 10 days after that machine is dead called customer care almost 6 times there is no response at all after some days service engg came and change the smps with (Used smps from other house). Again i called customer care i informed this incident after that customer care people (Really they are trying catch area manager or acting behind the call i don't know) to catch the area manager and regional manager dhamodharan, but still now no one called back.
